Why I Hate Android
parislemon says what I ‘ve been thinking all along:
Why do I hate Android? It’s definitely one of the questions I get asked most often these days. And most of those that don’t ask probably assume it’s because I’m an iPhone guy. People see negative take after negative take about the operating system and label me as “unreasonable” or “biased” or worse.

The iPad might be your next shoebox
James Duncan Davidson has his eyes on the new camera connection kit for the iPad.
I share his feeling. Being able to read jpeg and raw on the tablet will probably make it a good choice for travel editing.
I have one or two app ideas following that feeling. But we need to have a better Api for having access to the data of pictures, not just the bitmap. Also date, location etc.
Brrrrr. It’s cold again here, just after we unfolded the protections on our flowers and plants.
Yesterday was the first day of real work in the garden of the year, mostly cleaning up. I can’t wait for nicer, hotter days, and I’d love to be able Yo soend more time outside. But the temperature is back to freezing. It’s even snowing 200 km north of us.

Stepwise is dead
Scott Anguish closed stepwise.com last night. I grew up using WebObjects and cocoa with that web site.
